Terms of service

The service

DriveCore provisions, hosts and maintains a dealer management portal for your dealership: an administration console, a public dealership website, a phone app and the documents they generate.

We keep the software updated. Features may be added or changed; we will not remove something you depend on without telling you first.

Your account

You are responsible for the accounts you create for your staff, for keeping passwords private, and for the content you publish — vehicle descriptions, prices, photos and disclosures included.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use a DriveCore portal to:

• Publish false or misleading vehicle information
• Break provincial dealer, consumer-protection or privacy law
• Send unsolicited bulk messages to consumers
• Attempt to access another dealership's instance or data

Fees

Portals are billed monthly in Canadian dollars at the rate quoted to your dealership. Fees cover hosting, updates and support. Overdue accounts may have their portal suspended after written notice.

Your data

Your dealership owns its data. You can request a full export at any time. If you leave, we keep your instance offline rather than deleting it, so nothing is lost while you retrieve it.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability and perform maintenance outside business hours where possible. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for losses caused by outages, third-party providers or events outside our control.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DriveCore's total liability in connection with the service is limited to the fees paid by your dealership in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

Either party may end the arrangement with 30 days' written notice. Fees already paid are not refundable, and you keep the right to export your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
