What we collect on this website

When you submit the demo or contact form we store the details you enter so we can reply to you.

• Your name, dealership name, phone number, e-mail address and province
• Your preferred contact time and any message you write
• The date and time of the submission

How we use it

We use your details only to contact you about DriveCore, arrange a demo, and answer your questions. We do not sell or rent contact information, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.

Dealer portals and dealership data

Each dealership on DriveCore runs as its own isolated application with its own database. Vehicles, customers, leads, deals and documents entered into a dealership's portal belong to that dealership.

We access a dealership's instance only to operate it — provisioning, updates, backups, and support that the dealership asks for. Data is never shared between dealerships, and we do not use one dealer's data to serve another.

Consumers who contact a dealership

If you filled in a finance, trade-in or contact form on a dealership's website, that dealership is the party responsible for your information. Please contact the dealership directly with questions about it, or write to us and we will pass the request on.

Cookies

This marketing site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Dealer portals use a single session cookie to keep staff signed in.

Retention and deletion

Demo and contact submissions are kept while we are in touch and for our business records afterwards. A dealership can ask us to export or delete its portal data at any time; suspending a portal takes it offline without deleting anything.

Security

Portals are served over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and administrative access is restricted to the DriveCore operator. No system is perfect, so if you believe there is a problem please tell us immediately.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. E-mail us and we will respond within 30 days.
